Dean Atcheson who comes from an industrial/commercial property background started working in the Kensington and Bezuidenhout Valley areas in September 2003 for an estate agency based in Bryanston. Sheryl Atcheson joined the estate agency she was with in January 1998 and concentrated on selling sectional title in Edenvale. Dean and Sheryl started working together in the Kensington/Bezuidenhout Valley area in April 2004, they found a big demand for selling of properties in other areas which included Edenvale, Germiston, Troyeville, Bellevue, Kensington and Bezuidenhout Valley. This prompted them to open their own business and Dean Atcheson Properties was started in February 2005.

DEAN ATCHESON PROPERTIES has since expanded its business and now has Agents working in Cyrildene, Observatory, Bramley, Orange Grove, Bellevue, Troyeville, Malvern, Bruma, Bedfordview, Bezuidenhout Valley, Germiston and Edenvale.
